  Position Summary
  The Head of School serves as the chief executive and educational leader of Marymount International School Rome. This role provides strategic vision, academic leadership, and operational management to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and student well-being in line with the school’s mission and Catholic values.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall strategic direction and maintain high academic standards across all divisions.

  • Foster a strong, inclusive, and values-based school culture aligned with the Marymount mission.

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff.

  • Oversee curriculum development, student achievement, and program quality.

  • Manage the school’s budget, resources, and daily operations.

  • Strengthen relationships with parents, the Board of Trustees, community partners, and accrediting bodies.

  • Ensure compliance with Italian regulations and international school accreditation standards.

  • Represent the school locally and internationally, promoting its identity and reputation.
